Sure, you know about our Signature Ales — Philly Pale, ESA, IPA, and Brawler. We hope you've tried our Ales of the Revolution and our Seasonal offerings as seasons allow. Still, there's more to Yards than what you'll find on the distributor's shelves.

We're brewers by trade, craft brewers to be specific. We've been filling firkins with small experimental batches since the beginning, and it's a tradition we continue to this day. From Bourbon Oaked Thomas Jefferson to Cocoa Infused Porters to extremely special, cask-conditioned Extra Special Ales and more, our passion, (and luckily our profession) is for making ales that are somewhat out of the mainstream but still approachable to everyone. They might punch you in face. They might be the most amazing thing you've ever had. They might make you cringe and shudder. They might even allow you to form an intimate bond between that magnificent fermented beverage that is beer. The only problem is that they're often created in limited batches, so be sure to visit our Events page to learn more about when and where you can taste them.

Of course, when it comes to brewing, we're mindful not only about what we make, but how we make it. Our new brewery is the first 100% wind-powered brewery in Pennsylvania. We send all our cardboard and glass to be recycled through the rad dudes at Pedal Co-Op, and let local farm animals feed off our spent grains.
